Brief: Install a new security system in the Bank branches throughout New Zealand while still maintaining full function of the existing system during the upgrade, and with little or no disruption to the day to day operations of the branch and customers.
Through in-depth planning Secom Guardall designed an "installation template” for the rollout of the project, which ensured that the equipment

in each branch was installed in the same uniform manner, thus ensuring consistency throughout the Bank’s network. Customized and fully comprehensive As-Built documentation for each installation was also provided to the Bank.
Business Outcomes: Project completed, on time, on budget with 100% Systems Uptime and no Customer or Staff Complaints.
Feedback: An audit of upgraded branches was completed by the manufacturer who rated the quality standards of Secom Guardall’s work amongst the top 5% worldwide.
